Немного хромает сервис, это - точно. Смс о статусе заказа задерживается, и трудно дозвониться. Я объясню это тем, что, скорее всего, это из-за ориентации в большинстве своем на опт - салоны и магазины. Мне, в итоге , посылка пришла.Качеством продукта довольна.После пилинг а, альгинат ной маски и сыворотки - результат налицо.В конце рабочей недели, в конце рабочего дня лицо за полчаса приобрело отдохнувший вид.

Сделала заказ 19 октября, номер заказа 35047, оператор перезвонил подтвердил, кстати все сразу и полностью оплачено, сегодня 30 декабря, а посылки так и нет. Прошло полтора месяца. В чате писала, тишина в ответ.

Заказ полностью оплачен. Доставить не могут уже 3 дня. Курьер трубку бросает. На городской телефон дозвониться невозможно. Постоянно короткие гудки.

Мария, добрый день! Напоминаю, что наши операторы и чат всегда доступны в рабочее время, все вопросы лучше решать с оператором. Перед Новым годом курьерские компании часто сдвигают сроки доставки, мы всегда предупрепреждаем об этом своих покупателей. Сегодня в 11*19 получатель отменил заказ. Отчет курьерской компании прилагаю. Деньги возвращены в полном объеме на карту плательщика.

Здравствуйте! Очень переживаю по поводу своего заказа. 20 декабря я заказала и полностью оплатила свой заказ #36117, но ни письма, ни телефонного звонка я не получила об отправлении и сбора своего заказа. Пожалуйста скажите, я могу надеятся на получение заказа???

В целом, заказом довольна. Хорошо
  • Качество товара.
  • И оператор, и курьер были вежливы. Позвонили заранее. О том, что доставка будет позже предупредили
  • На сайте написано доставка на следующий день. Фактически это не так. Не вводите в заблуждение людей.
